Camera fail on spot monitor

Camera Failure appears ONLY on the spot monitor
When viewing camera's on the Main monitor (Mon A) on DVR they show up fine no camera failure messages, but when looking at a spot monitor (Mon B) camera failures will sporadically start to appear on the unit at random.
-Make sure the DVR has the latest firmware on it
-If the problem presist send the unit in for repair.
