Some of our classic units have a clock battery installed on the motherboard which may cause time issues on the unit.
It is recommended to have the unit sent in for repair to replace the clock battery if customers are experiences problems with the time on the unit. Please make sure the customer is also running the latest firmware versions first for their unit.
