Video Output only displays PAL not NTSC
The steps below will show how to change the video standard that is appearing on the DVR used if your video is displaying in black & white and will not allow you to change to NTSC.
Telnet into the DVR
username: dm
password: telnet
ESC m\\set\standard\NTSC
ESC m\\save
ESC m\\reset
After a reboot the unit should appear in color and you should have the options for NTSC.
