Permission Denied from FTP upload

Permission denied will occur if customer is using the wrong username and password to upload files for the FTP upgrade.

Even though the command allows them into the unit it will not allow them to upload the files, causing the error permission denied.

If current software version is 4.3 (xxx) or below the username and password is dm and ftp respectively

If current software version is 4.3 and above the username and password is dmftp and ftp respectively
