Webcam Troubleshooting


  • Make sure FTP server responds to ping request. It is possible that the FTP server may respond to ping from some computers, but not the DVR.
  • Verify the FTP server can be logged into with the username and password.
  • If you need to disable or turn off the webcam feature use the Webcam enable option on the advance options page.
